Shipping Policies & Fees

We ship to the Continental U.S. only.

Small furnishings, pillows, lamps, accessories, art and botanicals are typically shipped via ground service, UPS and USPS. PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.

Except where noted otherwise, CF Interiors automatically calculates your shipping costs at the time of check out in the shopping cart process once an item is placed into your cart with the appropriate delivery method and your zip code entered. Otherwise shipping and handling charges for all items are a per item charge based on the weight of the item, size of the box and the delivery destination. Shipping costs are for the contiguous 48 states.

STANDARD FREIGHT & WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SHIPPING: Many larger and heavier or fragile items will ship by Freight. Please refer to the FREIGHT DELIVERY section for more information about Freight deliveries.

ARTWORK SHIPPING: Artwork will incur a delivery charge, which will be added to your order cost in the Shipping Section. These shipping charges are estimates, based on the package size, weight, and delivery destination. Depending on the destination and weight, if any extra shipping costs are incurred you will be notified and billed separately for these extra charges. Artwork pickup at our Falls Road Studio (Baltimore Metropolitan area) is available at no charge.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After your order is shipped, you will receive another email confirmation notifying you that your order is on its way, and we will provide you with the shipping company’s tracking number.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If you have a large order and one item is going to cause a delay or is backordered, we may ship your order in multiple shipments.

SHIPPING ON MOST PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

CF Interiors has agreements with most of our vendors to ship your order from their warehouses to you. You are getting the products directly from our vendors so there is less likelihood of delays to you. Orders sent by UPS or FedEx Ground average 3 - 7 business days once they leave the manufacturer. Orders sent by Freight Carrier average 7 -15 business days depending on where your order is being shipped after leaving the manufacturer. Please note: time frames indicated are AFTER the product leaves the manufacturer.

For Freight deliveries, you will be contacted by the local delivery agent and/or CF Interiors to set up your delivery, after which delivery must be scheduled within 10 days. If delivery cannot be scheduled within ten days, please contact us to make special arrangements; otherwise, daily Storage Rates will apply for a maximum of 30 days. If after 30 days, delivery has not been completed, the order will be designated as unwanted and disposed of or donated at the discretion of CF Interiors LLC. Please contact us regarding Daily Storage Rates.

CF Interiors will not be responsible for losses by customer as a result of scheduling of electricians, contractors, or other professional installation.

SHIPPING FOR FURNITURE AND CUSTOM ITEMS

FREIGHT DELIVERY
If the furniture or merchandise you ordered exceeds the weight and size standards for shipping with UPS or FedEx, shipping will be arranged with a Freight Carrier.

YOU, OR PERSONS ACTING ON YOUR BEHALF, MUST BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. In such cases a representative from the freight company will call and set up delivery.

Freight companies typically will provide curbside delivery only (Standard Freight Delivery) unless your Freight delivery is designated as “White Glove” delivery.

STANDARD FREIGHT DELIVERY: You may want to arrange for help on the day your shipment has been scheduled. Standard Freight Delivery does NOT include merchandise brought into your home, up stairs, unpacked or assembled. If you are in need of inside delivery and set up you may arrange for White Glove Delivery.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY: Many our larger furniture items will automatically ship with White Glove Delivery. White Glove Delivery usually includes merchandise placed inside your home or in a designated room up to 2 flights of stairs with all packing materials discarded. We do not offer assembly for any of our deliveries. If you ask the delivery company to assist you in assembling an item purchased from us, you are doing so at your own risk.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

OBVIOUS FREIGHT DAMAGE AT TIME OF DELIVERY: 
IF YOU RECEIVE A SHIPMENT FROM AN ORDER THAT YOU PLACED WITH CF INTERIORS WITH OBVIOUS FREIGHT DAMAGE, YOU MUST REFUSE THE SHIPMENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND NOTE THE DAMAGE ON THE BILL OF LADING. WE WILL THEN ORDER AND SHIP A REPLACEMENT TO YOU AT NO CHARGE. IF YOU OR THE PERSON ACTING ON YOUR BEHALF SIGNS FOR THE SHIPMENT WITHOUT REPORTING ANY DAMAGE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES AND MUST MAKE ANY CLAIMS WITH THE SHIPPER. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU INSPECT ALL PACKAGES BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THEM.

CONCEALED DAMAGE AT TIME OF DELIVERY: If you receive a shipment from an order that you placed with CF Interiors with concealed damage, via freight line, or ground shipments (UPS/FEDEX), you must report the damage as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours to info@cfinteriors.org. If you fail to report the damage within 48 hours of delivery, you could be responsible for all damages. Photo proof must be emailed to info@cfinteriors.org along with your original order number and the description of damage. Damage claims will not be honored after 48 hours of receipt.

REPAIRS OF DAMAGED PIECES: If your piece arrives damaged, the freight company has the right to have the piece repaired and brought back to the manufacturer’s standards at their expense. They may send the piece to a furniture repair specialist or send it back to the manufacturer for repair. If the freight carrier determines the piece cannot be repaired, you have the right to be reimbursed for your purchase or have another piece rushed at no additional charge and shipped out to you as soon as possible.

DELIVERY SCHEDULES FOR FURNITURE AND CUSTOM ITEMS

CF Interiors strives to ensure a smooth and prompt delivery of your furniture and custom items. But occasionally there may be issues that lead to additional production time, such as a manufacturer backup in production. Should this occur you will be notified as soon as we are notified that a problem exists.
