The " Wines of the World" wine tasting Event was last evening. The "Tasting at the Station", sponsored by Maryvale was throughout Greenspring Station and Gatehouse Shops. Located on an expansive property in Sparks, Maryland, our client’s traditional country home needed some fresh updates to reflect her current taste. Furnished with beautiful antiques, the home was built over 50 years ago and decorated in a traditional style. Using existing furnishings, we recently worked with her to update with fabrics, wallpapers, and accessories.The dining room has been updated with a lighter grass cloth wallpaper, geometric patterned roman shades and newly reupholstered dining room chairs and antique settee. Our clients recently downsized from their beautiful suburban North Baltimore County home to a Harbor East condo with fantastic waterfront views. Built early in the 2000’s, the condo interior had standard finishes and needed a “style lift” that reflects the owners’ sophisticated taste level.
